Day Mitchell comes from a family with a history steeped in real estate that expands from Tennessee, Georgia, and Silicon Valley in California. As a Tennessee native, Day loves to tell the story of how she has lived in all three distinctive regions of Tennessee, which includes East, Middle, and West Tennessee.

A UT Graduate and licensed attorney for over 20 years, Day has experience in Contracts, Ethics, Personal Property, Business, and Construction Law. Day's entire professional career has centered around fighting for her clients' best interests.

Day Mitchell has a deep love and respect for history and historic preservation. She is a Commissioner on the Knoxville Historic Zoning Commission, a Knoxville History Project Board Member, and belongs to several historical societies across the State and nationally. Since 2000, Day has been personally buying and selling homes, and managing her family's land and rental property.

Whether working with buyers, sellers, or renters, she will guide the client through each step of the process. Her negotiation skills, advocacy, and expertise in client relationships are second to none. Day Mitchell is committed to the highest standards of client service and education.
